Arda - Privacy Policy

Data Collection and Usage

The Arda app collects and stores the following information:

  • Your selected scenarios and game progress
  • Game instance data and metadata
  • Game results and completion status
  • Timestamps of game sessions

Data Storage

All game data is stored securely in our database. Your game progress and results are associated with your account and are not publicly accessible unless explicitly shared through the leaderboard feature.

ChatGPT Integration

When you play the game, you will be redirected to ChatGPT to interact with our custom GPT model. Please note:

  • Your conversations with the ChatGPT model are subject to OpenAI's privacy policy
  • The game instance ID and scenario information are passed to ChatGPT to maintain game state
  • No personal information beyond what's necessary for gameplay is shared with ChatGPT

Leaderboard

If you achieve a high score, your username and score may appear on the public leaderboard. The following information will be displayed:

  • Your username
  • The scenario you completed
  • Your score

Data Retention

Game instance data is retained for the duration of active gameplay and for a reasonable period afterward for game history and analytics purposes. Inactive game instances may be automatically marked as stale after a period of inactivity.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your game data
  • Request deletion of your game history
  • Opt out of the leaderboard feature
